George has nearly thirty years of combined leadership experience in the credit union and airline industries. George has served as President & CEO of PSECU, an $8 billion credit union based in Harrisburg, PA, since April 2019. Along with his team of more than 900 professionals, he is responsible for delivering high-quality financial products and service offerings to more than 550,000 valued members.
Prior to joining PSECU, George served as Senior Vice President of Operations & Technology at Chicago’s Alliant Credit Union. Under his direction, Alliant’s technology teams executed a long-term vision of becoming a fully digital financial institution.
Over the years, George has also served as a trusted advisor and participant in some of the industry’s top committees, including vendor advisory boards, the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Technology Council’s Executive Committee, and the Federal Reserve’s Faster Payments Task Force.

Dustin is from Florence, AL, and began working in the financial industry in 2013. He has since held positions in risk management, marketing, mortgage lending, and operations. He now serves as Listerhill’s Digital Strategist and works to sculpt their digital banking ecosystem. He relies on a high level of reporting, dashboards, and other tools to drive the decisions being made within the credit union.
Lindsay Rajsky serves as SVP, Customer Success for Apiture, overseeing account management, cross-sales, and contract renewals. Her experience spans sales, marketing and software implementation. Lindsay holds a bachelor's degree in Information Science from the University of North Carolina, and a master’s degree in Management from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
Harry is the CLO at Alliant Credit Union, and he currently leads finance and enterprise risk management functions. Harry has over 25 years of business and management experience, spanning over multiple industries.
Prior to Alliant, Harry worked at W. W. Grainger, Sears, Deloitte Consulting, and Ford Motor Co. Harry holds MBA, MSEE, and BSEE degrees from the University of Michigan, where he graduated manga cum laude.

Jon Voorhees leads Wells Fargo’s Physical Distribution Strategies team, which is responsible for crafting and implementing a long-term physical distribution strategy for branches and ATMs in an ever-increasing digital world.
Strategically, that includes aligning the physical distribution expense structure to the revenue opportunity nationwide through a variety of tactics operating on a network of 8,000 sites.

Tavish Taylor is a CPA with a background in Consulting for Credit Union analytics. Coupled with his direct experience in financial institutions it gives him unique insight into the impact that effective analytics can have on decision making and the significance those decisions can have on institutional performance.
Troy Garry, Executive EVP/Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for Accounting and Finance, Investment Portfolio, Business Intelligence, Compliance, and Risk Management. Troy leads quarterly Asset Liability Management reporting and oversees the annual operating budget process. He has expertise in the credit union and banking industry focused on Auditing, Compliance, Asset/Liability Management, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Business Intelligence, Operations, Lending, and Process Improvement. Brian Volkmann is the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at Affinity Plus, a role he has held since May of 2016. He oversees Accounting, Finance, Lending, Marketing, Information Technology, Digital Services, Enterprise Data Intelligence, and Branches and Contact Centers. Brian joined Affinity Plus in 2000 as a branch manager, and during his career he has held various leadership positions within the credit union, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. Brian serves on several boards within the credit union industry and the community, including Dora and CU Student Choice. He volunteers with Financial Executives International – Twin Cities chapter as President of the Board. Brian’s success led to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal recognition in 2019 where he received the “CFO of the Year” award.
Jeanne Jones joined BECU in 2022 and has almost 20 years of experience in lifecycle marketing. As BECU’s Vice President of Digital Marketing and Analytics, she is responsible for driving member and marketing insights, marketing technology, and digital marketing for the country’s fourth largest credit union.

Jeremy is VP of Enterprise Analytics at Coast Capital Savings, based out of Vancouver, Canada. Coast Capital is Canada’s largest credit union by membership and Jeremy is on a journey to modernize Coast’s approach to data. He holds an MBA and B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Alberta. Jeremy is a board member for Technical Safety BC, the Vancouver Analytics Board and the North Delta Sunfish swim club.
Jason has 16 years of experience in the data space and in the financial industry. After developing his skills in new ways to leverage data and in engaging business partners with the amazing ways to use it, he joined the credit union movement, leaving the banking industry behind. He has focused on driving adoption of analytics, integrations, data science, and joining teams together in collaborative ways to further expand the use of information at Wings Financial Credit Union.
Bill Platt is the VP of Enterprise Data & Analytics at Mission Federal Credit Union. Bill is an expert in developing business intelligence solutions utilizing Microsoft's SQL Server Stack and Power BI. With 19 years of technical expertise and 20+ years of experience in financial institutions, he is helping to propel Mission Fed's data analytics to the next level, focusing on developing a data-driven culture and promoting data democratization.
Lizzy is a Data Scientist at Virginia Credit Union where for the past three years she has focused on product recommendations, designed experiments application, deposit forecasting and collection and recoveries projects. Lizzy earned a Masters in Statistics from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She enjoys focusing on ways in which data can be used to optimize and improve employees current working patterns.
Jackie Feather joined Citadel Credit Union in 2020 in the Customer Insights and Analytics team. She is a detailed oriented and dedicated marketing data analyst supporting the Deposits products and Business Banking division of Citadel. She holds a Master of Analytics from Villanova University and an MBA from DeSales University. Throughout her career, Jackie has held various positions and gained valuable experience in different types of roles that incorporated relationship management, research, financial analysis, information technology, marketing campaigns, and project management.
Ryan started his Citadel career as a teller in 2015. He worked his way up to Assistant Branch Manager in 2017 before transitioning to a Marketing Data Analyst in July 2020. Ben Maxim joined MSU Federal Credit Union in 2007 and currently serves in a dual role as Chief Digital Strategy and Innovation Officer for MSUFCU and as Chief Technology Officer for MSUFCU’s wholly-owned CUSO Reseda Group.
