Broad scale adoption and continued usage of analytic solutions throughout an organization, regardless of their quality, cannot necessarily be assumed. There are numerous reasons and barriers as to why team members may not use dashboards or predictive models, and thus one single solution is not the answer. In this presentation, we’ll walk through Royal Credit Union’s journey of varied approach strategies to engage and equip team members across departments and with varying levels of data literacy to be more efficient and effective in their roles.
