Chrissy Siders serves as the President/CEO of TRUE Community Credit Union, a credit union inspiring the pursuit of a life well lived throughout the State of Michigan. She joined the Credit Union in 1998 as a part-time teller and worked her way to her current position after holding various roles within the organization related to compliance, security, fraud, internal audit, and risk management. Her 19 year journey to President/CEO was challenging, fulfilling, and humbling, stepping into the position in 2017. Chrissy obtained a BA in Criminal Justice in 1999 from Michigan State University (Go Green!) and her MBA from Spring Arbor University in 2010. Chrissy has held certifications of Credit Union Compliance Expert, Certified Fraud Examiner, Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist and Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert.
Chrissy also serves as an adjunct professor at Spring Arbor University in both their undergraduate and graduate programs. Chrissy chairs the Jackson College & Career Access Center Board and Henry Ford Jackson Hospice Board.
