    After an exhaustive search for an analytics platform that is foundationally built on an industry standard schema that will allow Celero to offer advanced analytics solutions in a SaaS format to its credit union clients across Canada, Celero selected OnApproach as the preferred partner.

    In approximately 6 months we were able to develop a data integration connector to Fiserv DNA banking core and deliver the solution to the first client, including the reports, dashboard and 4 predictive models. The speed of delivery is truly attributed to M360 schema which is based on CUFX (Credit Union Financial Exchange) standard that makes the integration faster. The standard schema is also enabling us to collaborate with other 3rd party analytics solutions and fintechs that can be easily integrated with the M360 schema. This is helping us to offer a wide array of solutions to our clients on an as-needed basis.

    We have developed and delivered all the front end solution components on Microsoft SQL stack. This includes reports, dashboards and predictive models based on machine learning algorithms (member attrition, member engagement score, next best product prediction, member index value). Also, we are exposing the integrated data via a business semantic layer to our end clients who can connect any analytics technology to the data and develop their own solutions.

    Currently, the platform is extended to included wealth and investment data. The future plans include integrating to other banking cores, credit card, financial insurance and social data and also developing AI-based solutions that can be extended to other CU business initiatives like process automation and digital transformation.

    Over the years, Texas Trust has attempted to be a more data-driven organization. We never seemed to make the progress we hoped to. That has changed now that we have implemented M360 from OnApproach. We have a reliable data warehouse and data update process that provides the foundation for our data analysis. Reporting is moving from the traditional "push" method to a self-service "pull" method. Instead of simply delivering pages full of numbers, we are able to create content that helps our staff do their jobs more efficiently. M360 allows us to leverage our data in new ways to the benefit of our members and employees.

    We have implemented the M360 solution for data from our Symitar-Episys core and from MeridianLink Xpress Accounts. This is the first time this data has been available to us in one location. Our vision is to be able to produce reports that integrate this data.

    The M360 data warehouse is the backbone of our analytics initiative. Our Credit Union has daily transaction & balance (Shares/Investments/Loans) level core system data from 04/01/2014 forward, all residing in the M360 data warehouse.

    In concert with readily available analysis tools from Microsoft Excel 2016 (PowerQuery & PowerPivot) and PowerBI and utilizing the M360 data warehouse, we can now take advantage of core system dataset. It is finally fully accessible!

    This environment is allowing us to automate multiple processes (Onboarding, Collections etc), create Dashboards (Loan Origination Pipeline status etc.), create Scorecards (Loan Origination results etc), enhance Risk Management Reporting and analysis, research/mine/analyze ACH Transaction and even prepare for CECL.

    We are gaining mastery of the M360 data warehouse, the detailed dataset and the Microsoft Stack of tools. As a result we are experiencing significant operational improvements and member insights.

    What is so exciting is that we are very new to this opportunity. I expect many more valuable improvements and insights, both short term and long term. We have just started!

    I believe all size Credit Unions - Large, Mid-Size and Small (such us Ohio Health FCU) using the OnApproach M360 solution can finally take advantage of the new data analytics opportunities and in turn, realize the value that is inherent within their data.
