With more than 12 years in the financial industry, Jennifer is currently serving as the Vice President of Enterprise Agility, EPMO for the largest credit union in the state of Florida where she has been a trailblazer for transforming the way work is done. she leads business transformation and oversees the execution of the most impactful strategic initiatives that are heavy in software development. In her role, she utilizes a scaled agile framework and traditional project management in order to work with the enterprise to accomplish organizational goals, ensure quality delivery of working software, delivers value to members and team members all while transforming the way work is done at the credit union. She has influenced and gained experience in consumer lending, auto reclamation, member experience, application user experience, and process engineering. During her spare time, she is partnered in her local business economy to help small businesses pivot out of exposed gaps presented in light of the impacts of COVID.

Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Management & Leadership, Graduate Certificate in Project Management, and BA in Organizational Development. She is excited to have bold conversations with others to rethink how we approach work!

Chief Data Officer, PSECU

Rob has been the Chief Data Officer at PSECU (PA State Employees Credit Union) for the past 7 years. He has held many roles at PSECU over the past 29 years where he started out as a Computer Operations Analyst and worked his way to a programmer, then programming manager, Chief Technology Officer, and now in his current role as CDO. He leads the business intelligence movement and works with the data analysts within the credit union where he focuses on opportunities for predictive models, research analytics, trending analysis, business solutions, and best practices for analytical reporting for departments and decision-makers across the CU. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has over 28 years of experience with credit union data and analytics.

Since joining American Heritage Credit Union in 1990 Brian has served in various leadership roles in Lending and Operations. During his tenure he has launched video teller transactions through ITM technology and video advisory services leveraging a member's own device. Enhancing member interactions to create a premier member experience is at the core of his role in Operations.

Breana Wolfert

Breana began her career in the credit union industry during college working as a seasonal teller on summer/holiday breaks. Sixteen years up the ladder later, Breana now works among the Branch/Contact Center Operations management team at American Heritage Credit Union to help bring solutions to aid in positive member and staff experiences.

Dr. David Tuyo

President and CEO, University Credit Union

Dr. David Tuyo serves as the President and CEO of University Credit Union. He is a veteran of the financial services industry where he has served financial institutions in a multitude of roles including COO, CFO, and Chief Investment Officer. His career in the financial services industry spans over 20 years, with the majority dedicated to serving credit unions.

Dr. Tuyo has been recognized by industry leaders including the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions' Professional of the Year, Credit Union Times Trailblazer and Northwest Florida's Top 40 Executives Under 40. He was also the recipient of the first ever award for Innovation from PSCU, the largest credit union service organization in the US.

Dr. Tuyo is extensively involved in industry initiatives and furthering credit union causes in the community. He is a constant advocate for the credit union movement to ensure those in the community have access to financial services, as well as financial education, that in tandem lead to members building financial mobility.

He co-founded the Advanced Lending Institute and the Certified Lending Expert designation and has served on numerous financial services industry boards in his career. Dr. Tuyo's education includes a DBA from California Southern University, an MBA from Mississippi State University and a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Mobile.

Given the proliferation of data and analytical tools designed to pull insights, we are often drowning in data. For meaningful progress, need to focus on the metrics that matter - the metrics that align (and balance) priorities. Used smartly, data can help measure performance in meaningful ways. Focusing your metrics on mission-critical activities is step one.

Pam Piligian is Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Navy Federal Credit Union, the world's largest credit union and four time recipient of Forrester's CX Index Best in Class Ranking. Pam directs all marketing and advertising strategy, research, public and industry relations, brand and product campaigns as well as overseeing metrics for Navy Federal brand, products and services. She excels at analyzing market data, extrapolating the implications and turning insights into opportunities and has a passion for member-centricity.

Pam holds a B.A. degree in marketing from Georgia State University, UC Berkley Executive Education, and MVP Guest on America's Favorite Carrier, USS Carl Vinson. An avid runner, Pam has completed more than 41 marathons in 32 states, with a goal of running marathons in all 50 states.
