About this Workshop
This workshop will help you create a better understanding of how to evaluate your branches in order to plan a future post-pandemic.
You will learn the historic functions delivered by branches and how that has changed over time and how the country’s Covid-19 mitigation efforts have impacted those functions. You will also learn to review different approaches to analyze your branch data and make decisions about your go forward branch network.
