This workshop will help you create a better understanding of how to evaluate your branches in order to plan a future post-pandemic.
You will learn the historic functions delivered by branches and how that has changed over time and how the country’s Covid-19 mitigation efforts have impacted those functions. You will also learn to review different approaches to analyze your branch data and make decisions about your go forward branch network. Take back some actionable insights to your Credit Union and deliver exceptional Branch Experience.

Jon Voorhees is a long-time financial industry executive, having led Retail Distribution Strategy functions at BankBoston, FleetBoston and Bank of America. Today, Jon works with a small groups of industry veterans who also served in very senior roles helping regional and community banks and credit unions drive strategic improvements.
