As the resident data nerd, Andrew moved into the Analytics role from Marketing as OCCU began their Business Analytics journey over 4 years ago. During that time, OCCU has implemented multiple data initiatives resulting in increased efficiency, increased revenue, decreased costs, and improved member service. Andrew’s current role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, business analytics, data strategy, risk analysis, report generation, marketing and segmentation analysis, product costing, and supports ongoing projects at OCCU with business analytics and information technology.
