He has implemented the “Netflix” subscription model to the financial industry, leading a team of experts to help members live a successful and affordable financial life by identifying the right products to offer to the member at the right time and place, through the right channel with the use of predictive analytics, business intelligence, marketing research, segmentation, digital marketing, and member outbound programs resulting on an average initiative ROI of 28%, significantly increasing PSCU’s Membership Lifetime Value, member participation, profitability, and reducing member churn/attrition. His member success team has been able to migrate on average 15% of indirect members to a retail status.
