These Terms and Conditions was last modified and published on Nov 11, 2018, and will take effect on Nov 12, 2018.

By signing up, you agree to accept these conditions:

  1. CULytics has established CU FinTech Hub (“Program”) to provide growth-oriented organizations essential innovation and transformation services and access to fintech. The mission of the Program is to support credit unions on their innovation and transformation journey on one hand and help Fintech scale their products from early adopters to main stream customers.
  2. Vendor (“FinTech") leader represents that he/she is has permission from his/her company to sign up and participate in the Program.
  3. FinTech Partner receives the right to access and use Services that are offered in connection with the Program for the term of the membership. The Services are described on this website page, as updated from time to time, and are offered on an “as available” basis determined at the sole discretion of CULytics.
  4. Membership to the Program is in one-year increment. For membership to renew, the FinTech Partner must maintain good standing and pay their full year of current membership fees.
  5. CULytics shall provide the FinTech Partner with written notice of all regular and special meetings of the Program so that appropriate FinTech Partner representatives may attend the meetings.
  6. FinTech Partner agrees to participate in and contribute to the Program sponsored events, seminars and conferences to promote the Program, its services, share best practices, impart knowledge, and for other such purposes which enhance the Program’s mission.
  7. CU Fintech Hub depends not only on the free flow of information and opinion, but also on our ability to be responsible stewards of confidential information. CULytics will handle the requests from Fintech and CU Partners for NDAs before communicating information they regard as confidential, on a case-to-case basis.
  8. CULytics does not allow any content shared with CU Partners and Fintech as part of the CU FinTech Hub services to be shared externally, except under the following limited circumstances. A client may share the report or deliverables with:

    1. its outside auditors and/or accountants,

    2. third parties who have signed appropriate confidentiality agreements with the client who are engaged by the client to review or implement suggestions or to further research the issues contained in the deliverables, or

    3. governmental or regulatory bodies as required by law.

  9. CULytics may immediate terminate this agreement if it determines in its sole discretion.
    1. FinTech Partner has failed to make payments when due or otherwise materially breached this agreement and fails to remedy such breach within 10 calendar days of the receipt of the written notice
    2. The conduct or activities of the FinTech Partner representatives materially adversely affects the ability of the Program or other participants to carry on their business.
    3. For any other reasons, CULytics may terminate this agreement with thirty calendar days written notice to the FinTech Partner.
  10. The agreement may be terminated by mutual consent of the parties upon thiry calendar days written notice.
  11. Cancellation or Termination of all or any part of the CU FinTech Hub by CULytics for any reason may be provided with prior written notice.
  12. FinTech Partner shall defend, indemnify and hold CULytics Client, its agents, officers, directors, and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, demands, attorneys’ fees, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, obligations, causes of action or suits arising out of or resulting from FinTech Partner’s participation in the program. There shall be no personal liability of the CULytics with respect to any of the terms of this agreement. If for any reason the Program is unable to provide FinTech Partner with the services under this agreement, CULytics liability for such failure is limited to crediting or returning to FinTech Partner a pro-rated fee for the Services for which FinTech Partner has paid but that were not provided.
  13. FinTech Partner and CULytics will work together cooperatively to publicize FinTech Partner participation in the Program.
  14. FinTech Partner shall have no right to assign or transfer their membership or any other rights.
  15. CULytics reserves the right to remove or replace any FinTech Partners at any time.
  16. FinTech Partner acknowledges that the sessions from the Program may be recorded and reproduced in any form (including but not limiting to digital formats) and hereby authorize CULytics and its designees to record, transcribe, modify, reproduce, publicly perform, display, redistribute, and transmit in any form and for any purpose any such recording of the Event.
  17. There are no fees or reimbursements payable to credit unions for attending the Program. Fintech are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements.
  18. Prorated refund will be issued to any FinTech Partner who terminates the membership.
  19. All questions regarding the Program may be sent to us at admin@culytics.com.
  20. We may update these terms from time to time, and so you should review them periodically. When we change the policy in a material way, we will update the ‘last modified’ date at the top of this page. Changes to this terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
