Hi All,Though I'm not currently in the CU realm, I have had extensive experience in this space in the past. More importantly, much of my professional career has involved analytics of some sort. Both from a vendor and a customer/user perspective. At the end of the day, all analytics pursuits come down to collecting and analyzing massive amounts of data to gain insights that lead to exceptional user experiences...and along the way help optimize business results.I look forward to collaborate with everyone in this community!Shahram.
