In this session, learn about what is a data strategy, and why do you need one? Learn some key principles of any data strategy. Understand where Credit Unions stand today in terms of data analytics maturity and how to compare.

WEEK2

Need for Strong Data Analytics Foundation

In the second part of this workshop, learn what are the key dimensions found in a good day strategy, what is the need to make a solid data analytics foundation, and take away some sample strategies.

WEEK3

Creating Data Analytics Roadmap

In the third, and last part of this workshop, learn how to use the data analytics impact matrix to effectively ideate and prioritize data analytics projects, how to create a data analytics roadmap that works for your credit union and the best way to execute data analytics projects.
