About the Speaker -: As a member insights manager at Affinity Credit Union, Adam Thome is responsible for the annual marketing strategy, managing and developing tools that impact the strategy and the larger member experience. He has been in the credit union system for over 10 years during which time he has held a number of roles in the areas of research, marketing, government relations and compliance.
Co-Speaker -: Chris Palmer is Vice President of Product Vision & Strategy at Doxim. In his strategic, cross-functional role Chris oversees the strategic product planning for all the applications under the Doxim Customer Engagement Platform.
