I'm working to create a "style guide" for our report portal (SSRS) and for developers in SSMS and Visual Studio. Have any of you created a style guide or set standards for SQL that you'd be willing to share? I haven't found a definitive style guide, just some advice like "use a lot of white space", "line your statements up", and "include comments".
