Andrew is passionate about uncovering insights into the minds of consumers and the world of credit unions. And, as managing director of research for Filene Research Institute, he works with leading researchers, credit unions, and other organizations to spark understanding and positive change through these revelations.
His perspectives on credit unions and consumer finance have been featured in publications including The New York Times, Credit Union Magazine, and Credit Union Times. He is a regular speaker at events across North America and Europe and is a member of the faculty of Southwest CUNA Management School.
Andrew’s career in the credit union movement spans nearly 20 years. Prior to joining Filene, he led product development at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union and was vice president of marketing at Partners Federal Credit Union. Andrew received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Arizona and his MBA from Pepperdine University where he graduated first in his class. He is also a certified public accountant.
