The need for digital transformation has become a focal point in the credit union space. Almost all digital or automated solutions are data-driven and utilize machine learning in some way. Therefore, credit unions will need to leverage more sophisticated models and tools (including AI/ML) in the digital transformation of their institutions. This introduces new and evolving risks that are not fully understood. This session will focus on effective and efficient management of those risks.
