We have four distinct phases in this planning process.


  • 1Discovery Phase

    The phase sets the foundation for the work ahead through deep listening, clarification, synthesis, and alignment building. We want to understand the current state of your organization's strategy. The basis for the discovery is a review of your existing documentation and reports. This includes an examination of your organizational vision, mission, objectives, goals, and KPIs. We also engage in discussions with key and executives and influential stakeholders. By engaging stakeholders to share their perspectives, we can help ensure their buy-in, boost their sense of belonging and drive ownership and accountability.

    Preparation for the Strategic Planning Session

    During this phase, we work with you to develop a comprehensive meeting plan that includes the agenda, facilitation exercises, capturing of notes, and outlines the post-meeting plan.

    Delivery of the Meeting

    This meeting is hosted in-person, where the facilitation team will drive conversations, break down silos, take notes, and follow-up action items, leading to a productive discussion. During the meeting, we will focus on four primary objectives.

    Vision: What do we want to achieve over the next two years due to our actions today?
    Blocks: What is currently blocking us from attaining our vision and goals?
    Strategic Directions: What innovative, substantial actions will deal with the blocks and move us toward our vision?
    Focused Implementation: What will be our specific, measurable accomplishments for the first year?

    Strategic Meeting Follow-up

    Upon completing the strategic planning meeting, deliver a comprehensive report of the work to the executive sponsors.
